Explore the Buick Gallery’s collection of classic cars! Get your picture taken behind the wheel of a 1917 Buick Touring Car, go on a picture safari, make a craft, and have a snack at the old fashioned snack counter.

Behind the Scenes

Spend the day on the Flint Cultural Center campus and get a special behind the scenes tour of Longway Planetarium, Sloan Museum, Flint Youth Theatre, and The Whiting. (Please plan to bring a sack lunch)

A look inside the Nicola Bulgari Automotive collection

For more than thirty years Nicola Bulgari, Vice-Chairman of the contemporary Italian jeweler, BULGARI, has been assembling one of the world's largest collections of antique and vintage General Motor's automobiles. Now, in celebration of General Motor's 100th anniversary he's sharing some of his favorites with its birthplace, Flint! Highlights include an all-original 1934 LaSalle Aero Coupe and a 1940 Buick Estate Wagon featured in several Warner Bros. movies and then owned by actress Bette Davis.

In honor of General Motors 100th Anniversary, Sloan Museum and the Horsepower Hall of Fame are teaming up to present an outstanding selection of General Motors automotive art from some of the most creative, innovative and collectible automotive artists in the United States. Pieces representing General Motors past, present and future automobiles will astound you whether you’re an enthusiast or a novice!
